Agile working is multi-dimensional and has many different forms. It's about combining flexible-time and flexible-location options giving greater choice and control for Camden and employees over where and when work is done and services are delivered, making the best use of new technology.

  • Flexible-location working includes hot-desking, remote working, working from community hubs and working from home arrangements.
  • Flexible-time working means having a varied working pattern that is not just Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Camden operates many different types of flexible working time arrangements, including compressed working week, part time hours, term time only working and job sharing.

We embrace technology that supports us with our agile working vision.   Obviously, any requests for flexible working are balanced with the needs of the service.  But you'll have the opportunity when you apply to say whether you wish to work flexibly and, if so, how.
